Steven Caddell, VP Commercial Lending

Steven is a third-generation banker at an institution his grandfather founded and his father led with vision and vigor. “As a kid, I knew I wanted to be a banker. Today, my goal is to ensure Heritage Bank continues to fulfill its mission to the communities we serve and remains an independent alternative to national banks." Since joining Heritage Bank, Steven has been a teller, a consumer underwriter and a credit analyst. As a loan officer, he brings a 360-degree view of the bank. Whatever his customers need, Steven knows what’s possible at Heritage Bank and who can make it happen. Although Steven is a native of Northern Kentucky and a graduate of Northern Kentucky University, he also has strong ties to Greece, his mother’s homeland. He has visited the country several times and speaks Greek.
