As a native to the region, Barry is committed to building up local businesses and businesspeople. As an experienced bank leader, he wants to work where he isn’t hindered by bureaucracy and decision makers who don’t know our town. “The ultimate validation is when customers tell me, ‘I trust you.’ Once they view me as a trusted advisor, I know I’m adding value to their business and to their lives.” |

Darin Winterbotham NMLS # 2150156 Dayton, Ohio |
Darin’s passion is helping businesses start and succeed because he admires others who like to build and re-engineer. The son and grandson of GM toolmakers, Darin has built a reputation throughout the Miami Valley as a deal technician. He loves to assemble business banking solutions for needs that don’t fit the typical “bank-in-a-box” offerings. Even on the weekends, Darin is in his garage taking things apart. After a lot of tinkering, his classic Pontiac Trans Ams perform as well as the day the original owners drove them off the sales lot. Before he knew he was destined to be a banker and master deal maker, Darin knew he was a leader. By age 20, he was managing multiple Burger King stores - learning a lot about what makes people tick and how to inspire performance. “Most people want to be part of a winning team and to feel appreciated. Creating those dynamics in the workplace is one of the best parts of my job because I see the impact on the people I work with and on the customers they serve.” |

Regardless of the banking role, Justin learned success in banking requires an affinity for people as well as a firm grasp of numbers. After an early stint in a much larger bank, Justin enjoys Heritage Bank’s culture and feels empowered to make decisions in the best interest of his customers rather than focus on meeting sales targets. |

Mike Crowe NMLS # 2373750 350 Buttermilk Pike |
Banking seems like Michael’s destiny. While still completing his degree in business economics at Xavier University, he secured a part-time teller position then subsequently joined the management training program at the First National Bank of Cincinnati. His initial role focused on helping specific departments and divisions improve their efficiency and profitability, experience that would serve him later in his career when he decided to focus on business banking. After 26 years as a business/SBA banker in the greater Cincinnati market, Mike continues to take pride in the success of local businesses that he has helped to find their footing and flourish. He is particularly adept at helping customers navigate the U.S. Small Business Administration loan programs. His 17 plus years of SBA lending at the Hamilton County Development Corporation (now known as Alloy) and 13 months as the local SBA Market Specialist for Fifth Third has positioned Mike well for his role at Heritage Bank to lead SBA lending. Although Mike has dressed the part of a banker during the work week for all his adult life, he got the most attention for the gorilla suit he used to wear to sporting events in the late '70s and early '80s. At Bengals games and at NCAA tournaments, Mike took the field or court to lead cheers and entertain the fans. Today, he’s satisfied to stay in the stands or to follow his favorite United Kingdom Footballers, the Glasgow Celtic and Arsenal, online. |
