That's How We Bank Meet the Montgomery Team

Josh Stevens
Montgomery Branch Manager
p: (513) 538-6320
Joshua Stevens
Joshua’s lifelong interest in finance and money management sparked his interest in a banking career. Yet, it’s his soft skills loyal customers appreciate most.
Joshua listens to customers talk about their banking needs, vacation plans, business aspirations or grandchildren with interest. He prioritizes time with customers whether they call ahead for an appointment or drop by unexpectedly. Josh aims to know his customers as whole people so he can confidently recommend the products and services they need now and anticipate how the bank can help in the future.

Ken Kramp
SVP, Commercial Lending
p: (513) 538-6331
Ken Kramp
Ken Kramp has been called “very persistent” and “determined” by customers who consider him an invaluable advisor when navigating challenging economic conditions, industry transitions or growth pains. He has developed deep relationships with some of the region’s leading entrepreneurs.
Ken was trained to be an accountant, but when he realized bankers were paid to learn about new industries and business models while solving problems for entrepreneurs, Ken knew which career path was the best fit. Today, when he speaks to young people considering a career in banking, he tells them to buckle up for a ride that can send you soaring on good days, have you bracing for a bump now and then, but is always worth the ticket price.
Ken’s love of learning extends to travel. He looks forward to trips where he can learn a new culture, a new cuisine and even a new hobby. He is a certified scuba diver, ready for underwater adventures, too.

Benjamin Johnson
VP, Commercial Lending
p: (513) 538-6333
Benjamin Johnson
Benjamin Johnson knows all the best spots in greater Cincinnati – including the Museum Center, the Zoo, Kings Island and Graeter's – and he definitely knows his way around small business financing. Ben is a two-time Alloy (formally HCDC) Lender of the Year who set the pace for lending to small and mid-sized businesses at his previous banks, but he came to Heritage Bank to recapture the spirit of community banking.
“Banking should be simple and approachable—not dull, and not needlessly complicated like at many banks”, said Ben who enjoys the diverse range of businesses he has been able to help grow during his banking career as well as riding sidecar on their entrepreneurial adventures. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, and whets his taste for adventure through Jurassic Park films and travel.

Spotlighting Graf Manufacturing
You know Cammy Dierking as a consummate broadcast journalist and popular local anchor. If you’re in the commercial construction industry, you might have met her husband, John Graf. But did you know they are the owners of a successful manufacturing operation in Loveland, Ohio? Listen to the story of two cautious people who took a leap of faith that has transformed how they imagined their “golden years” and shown them how to transfer skills from their former lives while building new competencies.

What treasury management services does Heritage Bank offer?
Heritage Bank offers the kinds of treasury management services most businesses expect from much larger banks. Our solutions for managing cash flow, safeguarding your cash, protecting you from fraud and facilitating payments (from your business and to your business) were designed for small businesses rather than retrofitted from enterprise solutions. Best of all, you can depend on a level of service large banks struggle to match.
Why choose a local community bank?
Consumers: Consumers work with bankers who actually know you, rely on local decision-making on loans rather than rigid algorithms, and your deposits get reinvested in your own community instead of pooled nationally. The right community bank offers the digital convenience you expect alongside the service and support only a human can deliver.
Small Businesses: Community banks excel at the kind of lending big banks struggle with — loans that require judgment, not just a credit score. Local loan officers have real authority to approve credit and can weigh context a national underwriter would miss: your reputation, your customer base, your industry's local realities. You get faster decisions, a banker who actually understands your business, and a relationship that pays off most in the moments when having someone who knows you genuinely changes the outcome.
Does Heritage Bank offer up-to-date online and mobile banking?
Yes! Our digital banking experience is built on one of the nation's top platforms, so whether you are banking from your laptop, tablet or smartphone - we make it easy to check balances, move money, monitor all your accounts and payments, set up alerts and so much more. Even our ATM network rivals the largest banks in greater Cincinnati.
