Lee was born into a family of bankers serving communities throughout Northern Kentucky. He was recruited to Heritage Bank by our founder and chief architect, Arnold Caddell. Today, he is president of Heritage Bank.

Darin’s passion is helping businesses start and succeed because he admires others who like to build and re-engineer. The son and grandson of GM toolmakers, Darin has built a reputation throughout the Miami Valley as a deal technician. He loves to assemble business banking solutions for needs that don’t fit the typical “bank-in-a-box” offerings. Even on the weekends, Darin is in his garage taking things apart. After a lot of tinkering, his classic Pontiac Trans Ams perform as well as the day the original owners drove them off the sales lot.

Before he knew he was destined to be a banker and master deal maker, Darin knew he was a leader. By age 20, he was managing multiple Burger King stores - learning a lot about what makes people tick and how to inspire performance. “Most people want to be part of a winning team and to feel appreciated. In just a little more than 15 years, Justin has built a well-rounded career in banking. He has worked as a personal banker, as a small business banker, as a branch manager and now as a commercial loan officer. Regardless of the banking role, Justin learned success in banking requires an affinity for people as well as a firm grasp of numbers. Ryan’s high school and college friends would be surprised to learn he wears a suit to work every day, but Ryan always pictured himself in banking. Inspired by an uncle who built a successful commercial lending career, he is now 25 years into his own banking career. Steven is a third-generation banker at an institution his grandfather founded and his father led with vision and vigor. “As a kid, I knew I wanted to be a banker. Today, my goal is to ensure Heritage Bank continues to fulfill its mission to the communities we serve and remains an independent alternative to national banks." 

Since joining Heritage Bank, Steven has been a teller, a consumer underwriter and a credit analyst. As a loan officer, he brings a 360-degree view of the bank. Whatever his customers need, Steven knows what’s possible at Heritage Bank and who can make it happen.

Although Steven is a native of Northern Kentucky and a graduate of Northern Kentucky University, he also has strong ties to Greece, his mother’s homeland. He has visited the country several times and speaks Greek.

David is at home in greater Cincinnati. He’s a Miami University graduate where he studied business and architecture. David counts many locally-based companies among his customers, and he even played a distinctive role in the first year of what is now a venerable holiday tradition. If not for David’s custom made rotating, mirrored ball -- five foot in diameter and suspended from a 100 foot crane -- it’s fair to wonder if the Cincinnati Zoo’s Festival of Lights would have made such a strong first impression on visitors.
