Putting Your Health & Safety First

Stop by when you’re in the neighborhood. We’re taking precautions for you and our employees.

  • We ask that you wear a mask when entering a lobby.
    If you are wearing sunglasses or a hat, please remove.
  • Hand sanitizer stations are available in all our branches.
  • Plexi-glass barriers have been installed at our teller windows and bankers desks.
  • Our branch staff are wearing masks to protect themselves as well as you.
  • We’ve marked social distancing spots in each lobby for customers who are waiting for an appointment or to visit the teller line to ensure social distancing.
  • We are sanitizing our lobby and workspaces frequently throughout the day.
  • All Heritage Bankers are required to take their temperature each day before reporting to work and to stay home if they feel sick.

Look out for suspicious email and text messages, medical supply scams, and fraudulent donation sites that may impersonate a company, charity, or government agency. The intent is to convince you to share sensitive information such as usernames and passwords, make purchases or donations on spoof websites, or download malware onto your device by opening a malicious attachment.

If you receive a suspicious email or text message:

  • Don't respond
  • Don't click on any links or open attachments
  • Verify the authenticity of any website before making a purchase or donation
